About FootyFix

Built for the practical reality of grassroots football.

FootyFix is a UK grassroots football technology product designed to make arranging games and coordinating teams simpler for coaches, clubs and families.

Why FootyFix exists

Finding an opponent, agreeing a game, checking availability and keeping everyone updated are closely connected jobs. FootyFix brings them into one clear flow instead of leaving each part in a different place.

Useful by design

Features are organised around real football tasks: finding a game, confirming it and helping the team arrive prepared.

Careful with access

Team, child and guardian relationships are kept separate, with permissions designed around the people who should see each item.

Focused on grassroots

The product is shaped for the coaches, volunteers and families who keep grassroots football moving each week.

How the workflow fits together

FootyFix follows the practical order of grassroots football jobs: a coach finds or posts a friendly, agrees the game, then keeps their team informed and available.

Find or post a friendly

Coaches search for an opponent or post a game, with FootyFix suggesting similar existing opportunities so a new post is only needed when nothing fits.

Agree and confirm

Teams request and accept games, with Home, Away, Either and Neutral options describing who hosts and where the game is played.

Keep the team ready

The team calendar, squad and parent availability, and messages sit in the same place, so coaches and families know who is available and when.

Our approach

Clear information, built around how football actually works.

FootyFix does not present venue availability as its own booking system. Where pitch information comes from a provider, coaches continue to that provider’s official website. The product also avoids exposing other adults’ personal details when managing child access.
