Galas & Tournaments

Enter and run Galas through FootyFix

As well as friendlies, FootyFix lets teams find and enter Galas and Tournaments, and lets organisers create and manage them end to end.

For teams

Find upcoming Galas, choose your age group and register your team. The full cost is shown clearly before you pay.

For organisers

Create your Gala, choose your age groups, spaces and entry fees, then manage registrations and payments through FootyFix.

Fees

  • Gala entry fee: Set by the organiser.
  • FootyFix booking fee: £1.50 per team registration.
  • Organiser commission: 2% + £0.20 per paid registration, deducted from the Gala entry fee.

Example

£30 Gala entry + £1.50 FootyFix booking fee = £31.50 total paid by the team.

The organiser receives £29.20 from the £30 entry after the £0.80 FootyFix organiser commission.

The £1.50 booking fee is shown before payment and is non-refundable, in line with the Gala payment flow.
